Zusammenfassung
Zur endotrachealen Intubation kann der Tubus auf oralem oder auf nasalem Wege in den Mesopharynx und von dort weiter durch den Larynx in die Trachea geführt werden. Beide Wege werden praktisch benutzt; allerdings wird heute die orale Einführung, wenn möglich, bevorzugt.
