Zusammenfassung
Der alveolar-capillare Gasaustausch wird von folgenden Faktoren bestimmt: von den alveolaren und venösen Gasdrucken, von den Diffusionswiderständen der einzelnen Medien, von der Bindungsfähigkeit des Blutes für Gase und vom Herzzeitvolumen. Änderungen dieser Faktoren finden wir physiologisch im Verlauf der Entwicklung vom Neugeborenen zum Erwachsenen und pathophysiologisch u. a. bei den Anämien. Die Anämien sind daher über ihre klinische Bedeutung hinaus von theoretischem Interesse. Wir möchten Ihnen vortragen, wie und in welchem Umfang sich die oben angeführten Faktoren bei Anämiekranken ändern können und welche Konsequenzen sich hieraus für deren alveolar-capillaren Gasaustausch ergeben.
