Zusammenfassung

Aus der Vielzahl der Untersuchungen über die Herzdynamik und die Coronardurchblutung nach einem Coronarverschluß können in diesem kurzen Referat nur einige herausgehoben werden. Zunächst einmal müssen bei der Durchblutungsstörung der Kranzgefäße und ihren Folgen drei Vorgänge unterschieden werden: 1. der akute vollständige Verschluß, 2. die protrahiert verlaufende, teilweise Einengung und 3. die sekundären hämodynamisch bedingten Durchblutungsabnahmen. Ich möchte mich auf die unmittelbaren Veränderungen der Herzdynamik und der Coronardurchblutung nach akutem Coronarverschluß beschränken.
