Auf der Basis der Graphentheorie wird ein allgemeines deterministisches Netzplanmodell entwickelt, welches die bekannten “Verfahren” (Vorgangspfeilnetze/CPM, Vorgangsknotennetze/MPM, Ereignisknotennetze/PERT) enthält.

A generalized deterministic network model is described, containing the wellknown techniques (activity-on-arrow, activity-on-node, event-on-node networks) as special cases.
