Zusammenfassung
Der Bundesminister der Verteidigung gibt jährlich etwa 35 Mrd aus. Davon entfallen etwa 14 Mrd auf “Militärische Beschaffungen, Anlagen usw”, also Rüstungsgüter aller Art. Maßgebend für die Auswahl eines Rüstungsgutes sind zu erwartender Nutzen, Aufwand und Zeitpunkt der Einführung.
