Zur Anwendung linearer Dekomposition

The Decomposition Principle of DANTZIG/WOLFE has been used to solve a linear optimization system with about 900 rows. (A spatial equilibrium model for production planning in German agriculture).

Some experiences in using different starting solutions and matrix divisions are discussed.
