Summary
The paper presents a method for the solution of nonlinear optimal control problems including state constraints. An optimal piecewise continuous control function is computed iteratively by approximation in the decision space. Control functions and the initial state vector of corresponding trajectories may be restricted to prescribed subsets by inequality constraints. The algorithm is numerically applicable and tested.
