Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein praktisches Problem der Lagerhaltung vorgestellt, zu dessen Lösung man kein bekanntes Modell anwenden kann. Durch einfache statistische Auswertungen werden trotzdem quantitative Entscheidungsgrößen gefunden, wie Sicherheitsbestand und Kriterien zur Kostenminderung.
