Resolution der englischen Gesellschaft: „Protest oder Notierung zum Protest soll notwendig sein, um das Regreßrecht aus einem wegen Nichtannahme oder Nichtzahlung dishonorierten Wechsel zu erhalten“, und Nr. 19: „Sofortige Notifikation der Dishonorierung soll notwendig sein, um das Regreßrecht aus einem Wechsel zu bewahren.“
