Abstract
At the dawn of the new millennium, business enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. Technology keeps on transforming work, communication flows, and -with the advent of electronic commerce — the very nature of business itself. Knowledge has become the core competitive differentiator. An interconnected world economy is bringing about complex triggers of change. The challenge is to create enterprises that can capitalize on knowledge and ride sequential waves of change and innovation.
