Zusammenfassung

Schwangerschaft geht mit einer Reihe physiologischer Veränderungen einher, die ein erhöhtes Narkoserisiko bedingen (Sachs 1989). Sie betreffen das kardiozirkulatorische, das respiratorische und das gastrointestinale System. Auch anatomische Veränderungen und geänderte Gerinnungsparameter haben Anästhesierelevanz.
