Zusammenfassung

Es ist üblich, die Gesamtheit der Märkte für Güter und Dienstleistungen als den realen Sektor einer Volkswirtschaft zu bezeichnen; die Gesamtheit der Märkte für Forderungen bildet den finanziellen Sektor. Dabei werden Forderungen (finanzielle Aktiva) in einem weiten Sinne unter Einschluß der Eigentumsrechte an Unternehmungen verstanden; sie umfassen somit nicht nur Bargeld, Bankeinlagen, Sparbriefe, festverzinsliche Wertpapiere etc., sondern auch Aktien und GmbH-Anteile.
