Zusammenfassung
Für eine genaue Durchführung der Blockaden und Läsionen sind Kenntnisse über die systematische und topographische Innervation der Wirbelsäule erforderlich. Weil bis jetzt bei Menschen lediglich im Lig. flavum und Plexus venosus vertebralis internus keine Nervenfasern nachgewiesen wurden, können alle übrigen Wirbelsäulenstrukturen als potentielle Quellen primärer Schmerzen angesehen werden. Freie Nervenendigungen sind in den Gelenkkapseln der Facetten [25,26,32,35], im anterioren und posterioren longitudinalen Ligament, im Anulus fibrosus und in der Dura [22,25,26,45] nachgewiesen worden. Außerdem sind Substanz-P-immunreaktive Fasern in der Dura [13], in den Gelenkkapseln der Facetten [1,14,17,24], im posterioren longitudinalen Ligament [30] und in der Bandscheibe [9] gefunden worden.
