Zusammenfassung

Dieses 1902 erstmals von Michaelis und Gutmann im Bereich der Blase festgestellte [17] und 1903 von David von Hansemann als Malakoplakie (griech.: weiche Plaques) bezeichnete seltene chronisch-entzündliche Krankheitsbild [11] kann zahlreiche Organe involvieren. Bevorzugt betrifft es den Harntrakt [32]. Wenn zwar sehr selten, so können die Veränderungen auch an der Haut, bevorzugt in der Perianalregion (Abb.6.3) [2, 20, 22, 27, 28] und im Gastrointestinaltrakt, vorwiegend im linken Kolonbereich, in Erscheinung treten [3–8, 10, 12–14, 23, 25, 30, 33].
