Zusammenfassung

Genaue funktionelle Parameter der Koronardurchblutung und der regionalen Myokardperfusion sind überwiegend im Tierexperiment erhoben worden. Für Untersuchungen am Menschen können meistens keine ausreichend kontrollierten Ausgangsbedingungen geschaffen werden, die Empfindlichkeit der Meßmethoden — insbesondere für den Koronarfluß und die regionale Myokardperfusion — ist nicht hoch genug und die einzelnen Determinanten der myokardialen Perfusion können nicht adäquat separiert werden, in den letzten Jahren konnte aber in einer Reihe mittels genauer invasiver Verfahren (z. B intrakoronarer Führungsdraht mit ültraschalldopplermeßapparatur) gewonnener Meßdaten die weitgehende Übertragbarkeit von früheren tierexperimentellen Ergebnissen auf die Verhältnisse am Menschen gesichert werden.
