Zusammenfassung

Neben den Hauptvertretern der epithelialen Hauttumoren (Basaliom und Plattenepithelkarzinom), den kutanen Lymphomen und dem Kaposi-Sarkom kommen an der Haut und ihren Adnexen zahlreiche weitere Tumoren unterschiedlicher Provenienz und biologischer Wertigkeit vor. Insbesondere manche mesenchymale Hauttumoren stellen relativ seltene Neoplasien mit zum Teil rascher, aggressiver Metastasierungstendenz dar. Die rechtzeitige Diagnosestellung ist von eminenter Bedeutung und sollte zu einer schnellen Therapie mit entsprechender Verbesserung der Prognose für den Patienten führen.
