Zusammenfassung

Die Gruppe der Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria (EBH) umfaßt einige seltene Genodermatosen, deren gemeinsames Merkmal Blasenbildung im Bereich der Haut und der hautnahen Schleimhäute ist. Die Blasen können spontan auftreten oder werden durch Minimaltraumen induziert, offenbar durch das Fehlen von Kollagen Typ VII im Bereich der Dermoepidermalzone.
