Zusammenfassung
Definitionsgemäß handelt es sich bei kardialen Arrhythmien um eine zu häufige oder zu seltene Reizbildung, um eine Reizbildung am falschen Ort oder um Störungen der Erregungsausbreitung. Die exakte Diagnose aus EKG-Veränderungen einer Ableitung der routinemäßigen EKG-Bildschirmüberwachung während der Anästhesie zu stellen, ist oft nicht möglich. Wesentlich ist das Erkennen und die Behandlung von kardialen Arrhythmien, die den Patienten gefährden können. Die Inzidenz kardialer Arrhytmien in der Allgemeinanästhesie wird mit 16–61% angegeben. Wandernder Schrittmacher und Knotenrhythmus sind dabei die häufigsten Rhythmusstörungen während der Allgemeinanästhesie. Sie bedürfen praktisch aber nie einer Therapie.
