Morbus Crohn Colitis ulcerosa

Zusammenfassung

Bei Morbus Crohn und Colitis ulcerosa treten zahlreiche Symptome in verschiedenen Organsystemen auf, die entweder extraintestinale Manifestationen, Komplikationen, Folgekrankheiten oder Nebenwirkungen der Therapie darstellen oder zufällig assoziiert sind. Ätiologie, Pathogenese und Zusammenhang mit der chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankung sind häufig nicht bekannt. Ihre Einteilung erfolgt deshalb überwiegend arbiträr:

  1. Gruppe A:

    extraintestinale Manifestationen, die darmassoziiert sind und parallel zum Ausmaß und der Aktivität der Erkrankung auftreten (Manifestationen an Haut, Gelenken, Augen).

  2. Gruppe B:

    extraintestinale Komplikationen, die pathophysiologisch erklärt sind durch Veränderungen der Dünndarm- und Dickdarmfunktion (Malabsorption, Gallensteine, Nierensteine).

  3. Gruppe C:

    nicht krankheitsspezifische Komplikationen und begleitende Erkrankungen (Osteoporose, Lebererkrankungen). In der Gruppe C sind Krankheiten enthalten, bei denen eine autoimmune Pathogenese vermutet wird.
