Zusammenfassung
Bisher ist es nicht gelungen, den entscheidenden Faktor in der Ätiopathogenese der chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen zu finden (Tabelle 90). Auf der Basis epidemiologischer Untersuchungen und der familiären Häufung wurde in Kap. 22 diskutiert, daß neben einer genetischen Prädisposition weitere Faktoren (Umwelteinflüsse) für die Auslösung der Erkrankung von Bedeutung sind. In diesem Kapitel werden zunächst die Faktoren besprochen, die sich in epidemiologischen Studien als Risikofaktoren herauskristallisiert haben. Anschließend werden weitere mögliche ätiologische Faktoren aufgeführt.
