Zusammenfassung
Die Auslösung („Induktion“) der Blütenbildung ist bei vielen Pflanzen ein umweltabhängiger Prozeß; die Ausbildung der Blüten hingegen, die Morphogenese, ist endogen reguliert (Entwicklungshomöostasis; → S. 296). Die präzise Regulation der Blütenbildung äußert sich nicht nur im streng stockwerkartigen Auftreten der Primordien für die verschiedenen Blütenorgane, z. B. Staubgefäßanlagen, sondern auch in der Anordnung der Primordien innerhalb eines Stockwerks (Abb. 25.1).
