Zusammenfassung
1.1 Grand mal (tonisch-klonischer Krampfanfall):Aura — kann fehlen, Initialschrei, Bewußtlosigkeit, Kopfwendung, Zungenbiß und Harnabgang, tonisches Vorstadium, generalisierte klonische Muskelzuckungen (meist symmetrisch), enge Pupillen. Im Anfall Zyanose, danach Apnoe (nach Hyperventilation) und erneute Zyanose. Postiktaler Dämmerzustand, Nachschlaf, Amnesie (Müdigkeit überdauert körperliche Schwäche!).
