Zusammenfassung
Naturfeuchtes Bodenmaterial wird nach Zusatz von Dimethylsulfoxid 3 Stunden bei 30°C in einem gasdichten Gefäß inkubiert. Nach der Inkubation wird die gebildete Menge an Dimethylsufid gaschromatographisch erfaßt.
