Zusammenfassung
Unter Verwendung von Saccharose als Substrat werden Bodenproben 3 Stunden bei 50°C und pH 5,5 inkubiert. Die freigesetzten reduzierenden Zucker bewirken die Reduktion von K-Hexacyanoferrat-IH in alkalischer Lösung. Das reduzierte K-Hexacyanoferrat-II reagiert mit Fe-III-niumsulfat in saurer Lösung zu einem Fe-III-Hexacyanoferrat-n-Komplex (Berliner Blau), welcher kolorimetrisch erfaßt wird.
