Zusammenfassung

Durch Insulinmangel kann es zu einer dramatischen Stoffwechselentgleisung kommen — dem diabedschen Koma. Bei jüngeren Padenten tritt es meist in der Form eines ketoazidodschen Komas auf, bei älteren Padenten auch häufiger als nichtketoazidotisches Koma.
