Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel beschränkt sich auf die kurze Besprechung der beiden häufigsten kardiovaskulären Notfälle, mit denen der Arzt im Rettungsdienst konfrontiert wird. Die instabile Angina pectoris kann streng genommen nicht als Notfall bezeichnet werden; erfahrungsgemäß wird sie jedoch häufig übersehen, falsch interpretiert oder als harmlos eingestuft, so daß sich daraus nicht selten ein echter und v.a. vermeidbarer Notfall entwickelt.
