Malakoplakie

Zusammenfassung

Dieses 1902 erstmals von Michaelis und Gutmann im Bereich der Blase festgestellte [15] und 1903 von David von Hansemann als Malakoplakie (griech.: weiche Plaques) bezeichnete seltene Krankheitsbild [9] kann zahlreiche Organe involvieren. Bevorzugt betrifft es den Harntrakt [27]. Wenn zwar sehr selten, so können die Veränderungen auch an der Haut [18] und im Gastrointesdnaltrakt, vorwiegend im linken Kolonbereich, in Erscheinung treten [3–8, 10–12, 20, 22, 25, 28].
