Zusammenfassung

Unter Pektenose (Synonyma: anale chronische Myofibrose) versteht man ein relativ selten auftretendes, chronischentzündliches Krankheitsbild, das durch Fibrosierungsvorgänge im Bereich des distalen Teiles des M.spincter ani internus zu einer ringförmigen Stenose des Analkanals zwischen der Linea pecdnea (dentata) und der L. alba (Hiltonsche Linie) (Abb.1) führt.
