Zusammenfassung
Die Pulmonalstenose ist in der Regel ein angeborener Herzfehler. Wir trennen zwischen der Pulmonalstenose als alleinigem Herzfehler („Pulmonalstenose mit intaktem Ventrikelseptum“; Edwards 1953) und der Kombination mit anderen angeborenen Anomalien. Zu der letzteren Form gehören die valvulären und die infundibulären Stenosen in Verbindung mit einem Ventrikelseptumdefekt bei normalem Aortenursprung sowie die Kombination von infundibulärer Stenose mit Ventrikelseptumdefekt und reitender Aorta (Fallot-Tetralogie). Die Kombinationsformen der Pulmonalstenosen werden in die Gruppe der „Pulmonalstenose mit Ventrikelseptumdefekt“ zusammengefaßt.
