Zusammenfassung
Der Injektionstransistor ist ein Dreischicht-Element, d. h. eine pnp- bzw. eine npn-Struktur, in welcher die beiden pn-Übergänge räumlich so nahe angeordnet sind, daß sie sich gegenseitig beeinflussen.
