Zusammenfassung

Ein Notfallpatient kann Schrittmacherträger sein. Unabhängig davon können Schrittmacherpatienten durch spezifische, schrittmacherbedingte Komplikationen zum Notfallpatienten werden. Da zur Erkennung und Zuordnung dieser Komplikationen dem EKG eine zentrale Rolle zukommt, werden diese Notfälle nach deren elektrokardiographischen Manifestationen besprochen.
