Zusammenfassung

Pleuraergußbildungen im Neugeborenenalter sind als eigenes Krankheitsbild sehr selten. Meistens treten sie als Begleitsymptom anderer Erkrankungen auf, z. B. beim Hydrops fetalis, bei einer Polyzythämie, kongenitalen Vitien, Lungenvenenobstruktion, polyzystischen Nieren vom infantilen Typ sowie bei einem M. Turner.
