Zusammenfassung

Der Morbus Crohn ist eine entzündliche Erkrankung, die den gesam-ten Intestinaltrakt vom Mund bis zum Anus befallen kann, aber am häufigsten im distalen Ileum und im Kolon lokalisiert ist. Trotz vieler experimenteller Daten sind Ätiologie und Pathogenese des M.Crohn weitgehend unklar.
