Abstract

In Chaps. 2–7 a variety of approaches to designing the modules of a system for the analysis of patterns according to Fig. 1. 4 were discussed. This chapter will provide a brief account of two complete systems which illustrate these ideas, the first from understanding continuous speech, the second from image analysis.
