Zusammenfassung

Das Gemeinsame an der Therapie beider Krankheitsbilder besteht in der Korrektur des gestörten Wasser-, Elektrolyt-, Säuren- und Basenhaushaltes sowie in der Elimination der Urämiegifte. Während das Koma infolge eines ANV durch diese Maßnahmen überbrückt werden kann, bedarf die Komabehandlung bei entzünd- hcher, vaskulärer, degenerativer, obstruktiver oder durch Systemerkrankung bedingten Nephropathie in absehbarer Zeit einer Ergänzung durch eine spezielle Therapie.
