Zusammenfassung
In erster Linie sind hierbei die Karzinome angesprochen, wobei es sonographisch kaum möghch ist, die Tumoren der Ampulla Vateri von den im intrapankreatischen Segment entstandenen Cholangiokarzinomen des Ductus choledochus zu unterscheiden. Gelegentlich kommen auch Zystadenome oder endokrine Tumoren (Insulome, Apudome) vor.
