Abstract

All lymphomas of high-grade malignancy are composed, in the main, of blast cells, which are medium-sized or large cells with moderately to intensely basophilic cytoplasm. Such lymphomas may be primary, i.e. of high-grade malignancy from the beginning; but some of them develop secondarily from low-grade ML.
