Abstract

Das griechische Wort „Diaita“ bedeutet Lebensweise. In der hippokratischen Medizin verstand man darunter die Lehre von der „gesunden Lebensweise“. Auf die Ernährungslehre bezogen stellt sich also die Frage nach der „richtigen Ernährung“ des gesunden und kranken Menschen.
