Zusammenfassung
Die Verbesserung der Behandlungsmöglichkeiten und der Therapieresultate bei vielen malignen Tumoren führt immer häufiger zur Konfrontation mit Fragen der wechselseitigen Beziehungen zwischen Fortpflanzung bzw. Schwangerschaft, Tumor und Tumortherapie. Für eine objektive Stellungnahme und Beratung fehlen zu vielen Fragen zur Zeit noch sichere Unterlagen in Form von einwandfreien statistischen Untersuchungen bei größeren Patientengruppen. Mit Sicherheit ist lediglich bekannt, daß ionisierende Strahlen und wahrscheinlich die meisten Zytostatika eine teratogene Wirkung haben. Dies gilt vor allem für die Antimetaboliten Amethopterin und Mercaptopurin, aber auch für Alkylantien. Auch aktive Immunotherapie ist in dieser Hinsicht nicht als harmlos zu betrachten.
