Abstract
Nonoperative treatment of hypernephroma comprises irradiation and transfemoral catheter embohzation of the advanced, inoper able, and symptom-causing tumor, as well as drug treatment of metastatic disease with cytostatic substances, hormones, and immunotherapeutic agents.
