Zusammenfassung

Jedes postoperative Rezidivulcus nach einer Operation, die wegen eines Ulcus durchgeführt wurde, ist ein postoperatives Rezidivulcus. Das Rezidivulcus tritt im Magen, Duodenum oder Jejunum auf. Es ist nicht notwendig, daß das Ulcus wieder an der gleichen Stelle entsteht. Nach resezierendem Verfahren ist der ulcustragende Ort in der Regel von vornherein beseitigt.
