Die massivste und schwerste Form der Akne ist die Acne conglobata. Sie ist eine zerstörende, vernarbende spektakuläre Erkrankung, die zu entsetzlicher Entstellung führt. Die Opfer fühlen und verhalten sich oft wie lepröse gestrafte Patienten.
