Zusammenfassung

Das Ausmaß einer gastrointestinalen Blutung kann weniger aus der Menge des erbrochenen Blutes und der Masse der aufgetretenen Blutstühle als aus dem Grade des Entblutungsschocks, einhergehend mit Hautblässe, Kaltschweißigkeit, Unruhe, Durstgefühl, Tachypnoe sowie Blutdruckabfall und Pulsanstieg, beurteilt werden.
