Zusammenfassung
Die Entwicklung der Gallenblase und der Gallengänge beginnt nach Hanser (1929) mit einer vermehrten Zeilproliferation im Bereich des Leberfeldes bei gleichzeitigem Vordringen von Trabekelsprossen, primitiven Leberzellsprossen, in das angrenzende Mesenchym des ventralen Mesogastrium. Unter Größenzunahme schnürt sich die Leberanlage divertikel-artig vom Vorderdarm ab. Dabei bildet sich ein primitiver, allseitig mit Parenchymbalken besetzter Gallengang. Die primitiven Leberzellsprossen dringen währenddessen kranialwärts vor und stehen in ihrer Masse über einen kurzen soliden Stamm, den primären Ductus hepaticus, mit dem primitiven Gallengang in Verbindung (Hammar, 1926).
