Zusammenfassung
Die Evolution einer Art ist ein linearer, nicht zielgerichteter Prozeß. Wenn man ihn retrospektiv betrachtet, erkennt man eine Entwicklung lebender Systeme vom Einfachen zum Komplexen, wobei sie eine ständig wachsende Unabhängigkeit von der Umwelt gewonnen haben (= Gewinn von Dominanz über die Umwelt).
