Zusammenfassung
Die Skapulafrakturen werden prinzipiell konservativ behandelt. Eine operative Versorgung kann aber bei Frakturen des Skapulahalses und der Gelenkpfanne mit erheblicher Dislokation der Fragmente angezeigt sein. Je nach Unfallmechanismus ist der dorsale, seltener der ventrale Gelenkanteil frakturiert bzw. imprimiert.
