Zusammenfassung

Die Gruppe der chronischen Leukämien unterscheidet sich von jener der akuten Leukämien dadurch, daß die leukämischen Zellinien zur Ausreifung fähig sind und nicht, wie bei den akuten Formen, in einem undifferenzierten Zustand von Blasten verharren, Ihre Entwicklung ist demnach durch Vermehrung einer mehr oder weniger differenzierten Zellpopulation charakterisiert, deren Morphologie jedoch den normalen Ausreifungsstadien entspricht.
