Zusammenfassung

Seit 1958 ist das Herzwandneurysma nach Myokardinfarkt der Resektion zugängig [2]. Der anfängliche Enthusiasmus ist heute jedoch einer nüchterneren Beurteilung gewichen, nachdem deutlich wurde, daß in einem nicht selektierten Krankengut mit erheblicher Operationsletalität gerechnet werden muß.
