Zusammenfassung

Auf sehr niedrige Temperaturen können sowohl quantitative als auch qualitative Reaktionen auftreten. Es gibt Menschen mit familiärer oder erworbener Kälteallergie. Bei manchen Personen ist die Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Kälte eine autosomale, dominante Erkrankung. Die familiäre Kälteurticaria scheint keine richtige urticarielle Erkrankung zu sein; sie äußert sich als Hautbrennen und tritt ungefähr 1/2 Std nach Kälteexposition auf. Kältehämoglobinurie (Tabelle 10-1) kann als Komplikation der Syphilis auftreten. Die Kälteurticaria kann auch erstes Symptom einer anderen Grunderkrankung sein, wie z. B. von Kollagenosen, Lymphadenosen und Myelom.
