Die Reaktion des Wirtes auf exogene bzw. endogene Fremdkörper (Fremdkörperreaktion, Fremdkörperentzündung) ist vornehmlich als allgemein biologisches Phänomen zu werten (dazu auch Übersicht bei Kuske, 1965).
